We were greeted by the excellent reception staff who provided a thorough briefing of the facilities of the hotel. We then enjoyed a fantastic massage & all facilities provided in the spa area. Later on in the evening we were spoilt by the professionalism of the lounge/bar staff.

We were upgraded on arrival and the room and facilities were excellent. The hotel staff were particularly helpful and friendly, and all were very well turned out - with separate uniforms depending upon the time of day. The location overlooking the sea was very attractive, and the pool, lounge and bar areas were exceptional.

Everything was easy and I felt completely safe. Brunch was excellent, as were staff, the room, and access to the pool and facilities. I loved the short walk into old town Sanremo every night to absorb the culture, have a cold beer and good bite. The location is excellent. Secluded and exclusive, but right next to everything.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views out to sea. Staff were incredible and absolutely made our stay. Breakfast was lovely sitting out on patio - would have loved dinner there as well but unfortunately weather did not allow. We received a room upgrade on arrival which is always a nice touch. San Remo is a lovely town and definitely worth a visit.

The staff, the service minded approach, breakfast buffet, ac in the room, easy access for parking. Extra compliments to the friendly pool staff greaying us with s smile every morning. Also, upon arrival we got a complimentary upgrade. Smooth check in and check out.

The best hotel I have ever been . We lost money by the pool and even didn’t know about it . The staff of the hotel found 750€ and gave us . The best hotel in the world and the best staff in the world . The food was perfect,delicious and fresh . The service was at the highest level . I will come back to this stunning hotel.

This is the best hotel that I've ever stayed in!!! It was a super amazing experience!!! I will never forget . The stuff is the best, it feels that they love their job and clients so much, I have no explanation how they do it. All other hotels should learn from them. Every single person there is super friendly and professional and makes you feel a king. Complimenti!!!! The hotel, the garden and swimming pool with sea water are the best!!! They cared about my dog so much. Mauro , the waiter at the bar super thank you for the best service and for the pianist playing happy birthday for me. I would write kilometers of beautiful words and moments of you all;))My respect and admiration to all of you❤️. I'll be back;)

Everything! This is our 2nd stay and we love staying at Royal Hotel Sanremo. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and comfortable. The hotels location to restaurants, the casino and town are a quick 5 min walk. The pool is amazing and staff is friendly. The breakfast has many options. We also enjoyed the spa each day which is a great relaxing ending to the day.

Beautiful hotel and first class staff service. Junior suite with sea view exceeded all expectations. Excellent location only 10 minute walk into town centre. Fantastic breakfast and poolside restaurant.
